We currently have exciting opportunities where you can contribute to supporting our Job Seekers to find sustainable employment. The roles would suit individuals who have high energy, who are solutions focused and a master in building solid relationships. This is a full time role Monday to Friday 8.30am -5 pm based from our Preston office.

**The Job**
- Conduct individual appointments with jobseekers face to face or (virtually over the phone)
- Achieve KPI’s linked to placing jobseekers in sustainable employment
- Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
- Deliver high quality, timely, professional recruitment services to our jobseekers
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
- Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures
