We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Youth Consultant to join our growing team. You'll provide tailored support to help young people in NE Melbourne achieve sustainable employment.

  • Mentor a small caseload of clients
  • Provide coaching and motivation from job prep to 26 week outcomes
  • Spend time understanding client needs and match them to employers
  • Work in the field and office with a company vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire clients to build skills and confidence
  • Create tailored support plans
  • Help clients find meaningful job opportunities
  • Build employer networks
  • Provide post-placement support

To be successful you'll ideally have:
