**Preston & South Morang Toyota are searching for smart, motivated and performance driven Aftermarket Consultants to join our Car Sales Department. We will train you to succeed.**

- We are a leading metropolitan Toyota dealership looking for anexceptional Aftercare Consultant to join our sales Department. If you have the motivation, commitment, and energy, we can train you in the technical aspects of this role.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Personalising the new car purchase by promoting a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers
- Work collaboratively with the Car sales team and Finance & Insurance team
- Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers
- Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI’s

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Strong Interpersonal Skill set including verbal communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship building skills
- A genuine energy, focus, drive - whatever you call it - you will be excited every day by what lies ahead
- Have excellent written communication skills and a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
- Being multi-lingual would be a great advantage
- Have right to work in Australia
- A current Australian driver’s license
