**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage motor vehicle insurance claims from lodgment to finalisation
- Communicate effectively with insurers, repairers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and update claim files
- Assist with administrative duties and general office support as required
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in motor vehicle claims highly regarded
- Prior experience in the automotive industry advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $49,900.00 - $63,000.00 per year
