At Prestige Inhome Care, we believe that everyone deserves exceptional care in the comfort of their own home. As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading teams in the greater Melbourne region dedicated to delivering high-quality, responsive, and compassionate home care services.

**As the Client Services Manager, you will**:
- **Lead & Inspire** - Oversee and support a team of office staff and carers, ensuring service excellence in a designated region.
- **Drive Service Excellence** - Ensure high standards in client care, incident management, and compliance.
- **Enhance Client Experience** - Foster a culture of outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- **Optimize Workforce Performance** - Manage and develop the care workforce, ensuring the right skill mix and availability to meet client needs.
- **Maximize Business Growth** - Drive efficiency, maximize service hours, and build strong partnerships with brokers and contractors.
- **Implement Best Practices** - Streamline processes and collaborate with leadership to uphold industry-leading care standards.
**ABOUT YOU**
We're looking for someone with:
- **Proven leadership experience,**community care / home-based services preferred.
- **Strong people management skills**, with the ability to lead, engage, and support a diverse team.
- **Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities** to build strong relationships with clients, carers, and stakeholders.
- **Expertise in operational management**, workforce planning, and financial oversight.
- **A customer-focused mindset**, with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- **Tech-savvy approach**, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- **Relevant qualifications** in care services or business administration (preferred but not essential).
