**The Role**
We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Brisbane office. This role will perform concierge style client service and switchboard responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Provide superior customer service to both internal and external clients
- Proactively communicate and direct staff to their allocated meeting room
- Answer internal calls and queries into concierge
- Diary and meeting room management, ensuring meeting rooms are presentable, and confirm catering and meeting room requirements
- Coordination and liaison with Office Services and IT departments regarding meeting specifications
- Ensuring COVID safe practices are followed at all times

This is a full-time role, and shift times will alternate between 8am - 4.30pm, and 9.30am - 5.30pm.
**Experience**
- Excellent phone manner, customer service and communication skills;
- Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;
- The ability to work within a pressurised environment and juggle multiple and competing priorities; and
- The ability to be a team player and work within a team.
