We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our Victorian Investigations unit as the **Investigation Support Officer.**You will work closely with our Investigations team, wider corporate services team and Divisional Managers in ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations.

**About You**

We’re seeking a passionate and driven individual to work as our **Investigation Support Officer**, specifically supporting our Investigations division. We perform personal injury investigations across the whole of VIC for clients including large corporations, government entities, self insured companies and for the legal profession.

The role will include a **variety of support, portfolio & coordination tasks** such as:

- Updating our valued clients on the progress of investigation cases & managing portfolio aspects including timeframes, SLA requirements, workflows & resource capacity management;
- Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
- Liaison with suppliers to coordinate required services for investigators;
- Data entry and administration within our Saas case management system;
- Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution; and
- A myriad of other interesting support tasks that may be required
