About the role

Reporting to the Head of Design, as a Digital Designer, you'll work to redefine our website and digital assets, enhancing how we represent and communicate intricate concepts in one of the most impactful technologies of our time. Your responsibilities will include leading the conceptualization and execution of design solutions for complex quantum concepts, as well as designing, building, and maintaining our website in Webflow. This role is instrumental in propelling the evolution of our brand and setting the benchmark for the emerging industry. You'll be part of a pioneering design team, working closely with key stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and other functions to deliver engaging interactive experiences that elevate our website to the next level. Leverage your experience to actively promote a culture of design excellence, collaborating with others and owning projects from start to finish.

**What you'll be doing**:

- ** Set the standard**: Lead the conceptualization and execution of design solutions for complex quantum concepts, creating unique, engaging, and user-friendly experiences that enhance how we communicate our brand and products.
- ** Drive creative vision**: Use your design skills to overcome complex challenges while uniting and inspiring collaborative teams around a shared direction.
- ** Elevate the ordinary**: Develop compelling designs across digital and web platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand values and identity.
- ** Collaborate at all levels**: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, marketing, and sales—to ensure seamless integration of design principles into our digital assets.
- ** Own the concept**: Oversee web design projects from concept to completion, managing stakeholders and solving problems efficiently for flawless execution.
- ** Build systems**: Contribute to and maintain a cohesive visual language by leveraging design systems for consistency and efficiency in our digital design.
- ** Advocate for quality**: Champion a culture of design excellence, promoting collaboration and sharing knowledge across teams.

**Ideally you'll have**:

- 3+ years of experience in digital design.
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in your craft.
- Extensive experience with Webflow and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and best practices.A creative thinker with a systematic approach to problem-solving using the design process.
- Experience working with and maintaining design systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on iterative design and rapid prototyping.
