Our client is a prefer employer of choice in the Illawarra region who owns multiple commercial properties all around the Illawarra region and are currently on the lookout for a property coordinator or property administrator for a temp assignment until 28th Feb 23 with possibility for extension

**Your new role**
As the property coordinator, your duties and responsibilities would be:

- Commercial lease reviews
- Commercial lease proposal draft reviews
- Commercial tenant engagement
- Abstracts and lease reviews
- Lease negotiation assistance
- Lease spreadsheet updates
- Report drafting
- Property divestment support
- Document engagement with legal team

10. Transaction assistance

**What you'll need to succeed**
The role would be appropriate for someone with commercial lease office administration experience. There is no requirement for licence or registration.

Experience in property industry especially commercial is a must
