Job Opportunity – Linen Coordinator

We are a fast-growing short-term rental management company, currently managing 30 beautiful properties across the South Coast from Shellharbour to Milton. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional guest experiences, and high-quality linen is a big part of that.

We're looking for a Linen Coordinator to take charge of the linen side of our business and ensure our properties are always guest-ready.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating linen across multiple properties (pick-up, delivery, and stock rotation).
  • Managing laundry schedules with providers and ensuring timely turnaround.
  • Inspecting linen quality and replacing items when needed.
  • Keeping an accurate inventory of sheets, towels, and extras.
  • Working closely with our property management team to ensure smooth guest turnovers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Reliable and highly organised individual.
  • Strong attention to detail – you'll notice when linen isn't up to standard.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can manage logistics across multiple properties.
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle (travel between properties required).
  • Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or logistics is an advantage, but not essential.
