We are seeking a Rostering and Quality Coordinator to undertake a 360-role encompassing 3 main responsibilities being Payroll, Rostering of care, and overseeing NDIS Funding Agreements. Your duties may include:

- Prepare Payroll fortnightly and handover to their outsourced Payroll partner for review and processing. This includes reviewing timesheets ensuring alignment with rostered hours
- Rostering of 50 staff over their SIL homes and Community Participation, in accordance with participants service agreement and roster of care
- Quality and Compliance ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legislative obligations
- Document control
- Liaise with auditors ensuring compliance across all areas
- Ensuring NDIS Funding Agreements and Rostering of Care Tools are recorded against program of support to ensure accurate billing

**About you**
A strong administrator with a high attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines, you will also have:

- A passion for numbers and like puzzles
- Knowledge of the SCHADS award and NDIS would be highly desirable
- Proficiency in Deputy, Visual Care, Xero and One Drive
- Excellent communication skills
