**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a Quality & Education Manager to join our team at Charles O'Neil on a permanent full time basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional coordination services in relation to clinical quality and education support, and you will ensure that current accreditation standards are met.

**In addition to this, you will**:

- Implement our standard operating model for quality and education
- Ensure clinical and service delivery and documentation is upheld to the highest standards
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external quality audits at the home
- Facilitate effective training and education to new and existing staff, including induction and competencies, and more.
- Registered Nurse with APHRA registration
- An in-depth understanding of Aged Care Standards
- Fundamental knowledge of the clinical functions of an Aged Care facility
- Knowledge of AACQA accreditation standards
- Minimum of one year experienced as a Quality Coordinator in the Aged Care industry or in a comparable role/industry
- Certificate 4 in Workplace and Assessment Training (desirable)
