**This opportunity**

The purpose of this role is to lead, plan and deliver of company-wide events to inspire and connect our people and stakeholders with the TPG Telecom purpose, ambition, strategy, values, and spirit.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications & Events, this role works closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the company to ensure coordinated delivery and success.

**Responsibilities**
- Strategic planning, development, co-ordination and delivery of internal events including, but not limited to, Company All Hands, Senior Leadership Summit, Reward and Recognition events, End of Year celebrations; and regulatory events including, but not limited to, Annual General Meetings, Results announcements and Investor events.
- Project management of event schedule and management of events budget.
- Management and coordination of cross-functional input required for Company-level events to ensure coordinated delivery and success.
- Delivery of all event planning and logistics including on-the-day event direction and coordination of stakeholders to deliver successful events.

**Knowledge and experience**
- Proven ability to lead, plan and deliver events in a collaborative and professional way within a large organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and key stakeholders across multiple parts of an organisation to deliver an outcome.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities and to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience in working with a corporate brand to effectively position the company with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, accountability and commitment to ethical standards, aligned to TPG Telecom’s values.
- Effective communication skills.
- Creative and innovative.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Good sense of humour.
