- On-site role based in Inner-west Sydney

As our partner's Social Media & Content Manager, you'll be the driving force behind their mission. Collaborate with the Fundraising team and PR agency to create and execute impactful marketing and fundraising campaigns. You'll manage the social media accounts and craft captivating content for various platforms, leaving an unforgettable mark on hearts and minds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategise and implement campaigns that capture hearts and inspire action.
- Mastermind social media presence across different channels & contribute to the website.
- Create compelling content, from engaging posts to captivating blog articles and newsletters.
- Keep the content calendar on track and ensure timely publishing.
- Foster meaningful connections with the online community.
- Dive into metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Organize our library of visuals and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with talented designers and volunteers.
- Uncover inspiring stories from community members.
- Occasionally travel to capture content at incredible events.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2+ years of experience in social media, communications, or content roles.
- Exceptional writing skills that captivate and engage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven track record in social media planning, moderation, and community management.
- Comfortable with social media management tools and analytics.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Full Drivers Licence for Occasional Travel (Vehicle provided when necessary)
