Business Traineeship

**About AGA**:
AGA has more than 30 years’ experience in training people and placing them into employment, with a focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. AGA partners with the MAS National consortium to deliver Apprenticeship Network Provider services in Victoria.

**About the role**:
AGA is currently seeking an motivated individual who is keen to learn, has excellent communication skills and enjoys talking to people to join their team as a Business Trainee **located in Cremorne.** The role undertakes a range of administrative tasks in the Construction Industry within a supportive work environment, you will be required to work 38 hours a week Monday - Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Being the first point of call
- Ensuring that knowledge base information makes sense
- Following knowledge base information to help resolve tickets
- Co-coordinating and Escalating any issues that they are not able to do to the relevant support staff
- Partake in small project works under supervision from team leads

**Requirements**:

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Motived and full of energy
- Ready to learn
- Would love to be part of a team
- Competent ability to operate a computer
- Willing to undertake a Police Check
- Must be an Australian citizen/ Permanent Resident
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training

The position is l**ocated in Cremorne, Victoria.**
