Yo-Chi is on a mission to create more positive energy in the world, one swirl at a time. Fast growth is in our DNA - we’ve opened six new venues in the past five months, and 2025 isn’t slowing down

With 10 buzzing venues across Sydney (and Circular Quay on the horizon for 2025), we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven **Area Manager** to elevate our venues to new heights.

**What You’ll Do**:
Inspire and mentor Venue Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Drive operational excellence across your portfolio - from hitting KPIs to maintaining top-notch standards.

Take charge of recruitment, training, and performance management to build high-performing teams.

Own the numbers - manage P&Ls, labour, and COGs to maximise profitability.

Collaborate with marketing to create local initiatives that resonate with our community.

**What We’re Looking For**:
2+ years of proven multi-site leadership experience in QSR or hospitality.

A people-first leader who thrives on coaching teams and creating a culture of growth.

Operationally savvy with a track record of managing financials and driving results.

An adaptable problem-solver who can balance strategy with day-to-day challenges.
