We’re on the lookout for an experienced, professional, and collaborative Executive Assistant to support the VP Head of APAC Sales.

**So, what are we looking at in you?**
- Minimum 3 or more years’ experience in a PA/EA role with Office Manager Capability
- You have a successful track record of building strong relationships, not only with Senior Leaders but with people across all levels
- You are a planner - you have excellent organisation and planning skills and can handle multiple projects and changes in priorities with professionalism
- You’re experienced with buying travel, accommodation, and office supplies
- You’re a Microsoft Office wiz with intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You’re discreet and able to maintain confidentiality of all material/information across all levels
- You have attention to detail that is second to none, as accuracy and being proactive is essential in all areas of this role
- You’re able to think outside the box with great initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
- Previous EA experience in managing and coordinating Senior Leaders will be highly regarded
- Last, but certainly not least - you are an excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills

**What will my job look like on a regular basis?**

The executive assistant is a proactive, energetic individual with excellent communication skills who is comfortable working with Senior Leaders and is not shy to pick up the phone and loves a constantly changing priority list in a fast-paced environment, ticking boxes and driving innovation in our workspace.
- You will be supporting the VP Head of APAC Sales, as well as supporting the Senior Director, Platforms APAC with a mix of ad hoc and routine diary management and administrative tasks in an the fast-paced leading tech and media company
- You will be responsible for time management including diary management to ensure leads time is used efficiently
- You will be a key organiser for meetings and video conference calls, organise weekly team meetings, agendas and follow up actions as well as assisting in building any materials needed
- You will be responsible for travel planning including planning & booking extensive domestic & international travel as well as providing trip itineraries and logistics
- You will support the VP Head of APAC Sales in expense management, monitoring various inboxes, managing the team calendar, and assisting with scheduling
- You will raise purchase orders and conduct invoice reconciliations for all works and services engaged by the team
- You will provide support across the team, including organisation of team events and providing ad hoc support to the team as required
