The Role:

As our Medical Receptionist, you will be the face of our practice and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Managing appointment schedules efficiently using Best Practice Software
- Handling patient inquiries and providing information on services
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Maintaining accurate patient records and managing billing processes

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in a GP setting
- Proficiency in Best Practice Software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A great sense of teamwork while also being able to take initiative and work independently
- Reliability and a strong work ethic to thrive in a busy environment
