We are on the hunt for an experienced and Diploma or Bachelor-qualified** Assistant Centre Manager**to join brand new 92 place Centre in Riverstone.

To be eligible, you’ll need a nationally recognised **Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care** as well as a current NSW employee Working with Children Check. You will also have demonstrated experience as 2IC or Assistant Centre Manager in a childcare setting.
- Team to commence from July, 2025._

**What will you do?**
- Hours of work: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day (including off the floor time)
- Play a vital role on the Centre leadership team, supervising & mentoring other educators.
- Leverage the latest research to design rigorous, differentiated, inclusive educational programs in line with The Early Years Learning Framework
- Showcase innovation and creativity to make YA the top choice for local families.
- Follow Centre policies & procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintain exemplary records and conduct comprehensive program evaluations.
- Promote positive behaviour & maintain a safe, healthy environment for the well-being of staff, children & stakeholders.
