We are seeking to appoint an experienced full-time Marketing, Communications and Event Coordinator to support the Development Team in the delivery of high quality College communications and marketing initiatives.

**Your Role**:
- Copywrite, edit, and proofread engaging and accurate content for the Norwest Christian College, Ngarra Christian College, Norwest Early Learning Centre (ELC) and various College initiatives.
- Create and coordinate the production and distribution of key communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, and social media updates, as directed by the Brand and Marketing Manager.
- Assist with the implementation of promotional campaigns and social media strategy to engage with current families, prospective families, and the broader community.

**About You**:

- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design or related field
- Demonstrated experience in communication, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, faith-aligned messaging.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and website maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.

**Desirable**
- Experience in an educational or faith-based organisation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
