Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Ensure smooth office operations by managing day-to-day tasks.
- Sales Management: Process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, and follow up as necessary.
- Financial Records: Maintain accurate records and assist with invoicing using Xero and MYOB.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Handle scheduling, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Office Tasks: Assist with filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Sales Support: Help the sales team with lead generation, tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative and sales support role.
- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with a professional demeanour.
- Past sales experience is an advantage.
- Driver's Licence (preferred).
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Occasional Saturday work from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
