**Office Administrative Assistant**

**Location**: Hume ACT 2620

**Hours**: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Director to provide administrative support.
- Manage phone calls, customer inquiries, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Prepare and send out quotes and invoices for projects.
- Monitor and order stock as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle HR management tasks, including maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment processes.
- Conduct general reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Manage social media accounts and update the company website with relevant information.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Xero and MYOB.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in HR management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and website management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
