Jacobs are on the hunt for an NV1 minimum cleared Technical Writer to support a Defence cyber project. This varied role is will be working with the project team responsible for designing a system that will become the future of Australian cyber security.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Plan, develop, organise, write and edit standard operating procedures and manuals
- Research, develop and write technical design specifications & technical manuals
- Developing written or visual product/process/technical documentation, business process maps, and user manuals
- Maintain quality assurance of documents continuity and style of content
- Develop and update engineering documentation, including a range of technical management strategies and plans, logistic plans and instructions
- Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Tertiary qualification, certification, vendor course or relevant industry experience Demonstrated experience in strong technical writing skills
- Ability to be fully responsible for meeting allocated technical and/or project/supervisory objectives
- Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Defence industry experience
- High level attention to detail
- Australian citizenship and NV1 security clearance as a minimum
