A leading **Federal Government Department** are seeking a skilled **Project Analyst/Technical Solutions Analyst **to work in an advisory capacity with business teams to identify technology requirements. As a business partner you will work hand and hand with the customer and ICT Specialists to provide solutions and cost approvals. The role can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide or Canberra with the successful **Project Analyst/Technical Solutions Analyst **to be** **offered a **12-month contract** partnered with a **contract extension.**

The successful** Project Analyst/Technical Solutions Analyst **will be responsible for the below:

- Working with customers to identify business requirements and helping researchers achieve their business outcomes
- Understanding customers business, technical and operational pain points and requirements
- Managing the preparation of documentation ensuring compliance with the agreed governance arrangements
- Ensuring proposals cover initial project costs and ongoing sustainment costs

The successful **Project Analyst/Technical Solutions Analyst **will have experience in the following:

- Ability to liaise with customers to determine business objectives
- Strong analytical skills in order to define projects that support the evolving needs of Researchers
- Strong understanding of technical and operational pain points, requirements and deadlines
- Experience working with customers to identify their business requirements
