**About the Job**:
We are looking for an Occupancy and Car-Parking Coordinator to join our team working with a large banking client. The Occupancy and Car-Parking Coordinator will be responsible for conducting the following tasks for occupancy planning and car-parking management activities to support the client’s requirements.
This role is an entry level role and is a great fit for someone who is organised and is confident working with technology and learning systems.
**Responsibilities**:
Foster critical relationships between the facility management team, in-house car-parking team, and accounts team
Support the coordination of the development of occupancy plans, resolving any issues identified
Ensure alignment of planning within corporate guidelines and ensure mínimal disruption to the occupants
Identify office space requirements and prepare and update project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand
Utilise the client's technology platform to ensure customers can utilise car parking
Administer and identify car packing vacancies, and track car-parking usage
**Required Skills and Qualities**:
Proactive and independent worker but the ability to be a team player with a collaborative mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, adaptable to work with varying deadlines
Have great organisational skills
