**As a C&K Quality and Regulation Advisor**, you play a critical role in supporting the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and driving continuous quality improvement across C&K.By providing expert guidance on C&K policy, regulatory compliance, and best practices in early childhood education, the position ensures that centres meet and exceed the National Quality Standard. Working closely with regional and central teams, the role contributes to developing targeted resources, facilitating professional learning, and supporting centres through the Assessment and Rating process. Through regular centre visits and collaboration, the role fosters a culture of reflective practice and compliance, directly influencing the quality of education and care provided. The impact of this position extends beyond individual centres, shaping systemic improvements that uphold C&K’s commitment to excellence and ensuring positive outcomes for children, families, and educators across the organisation.

This Advisor role will support the Childcare team and will involve some travel, including to locations outside the Greater Brisbane area.

**Key Accountabilities**
- **Provide Expert Regulatory Advice**: Deliver timely, professional, and accurate advice on the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), approved learning frameworks, and C&K policies to support compliance and quality improvement.
- **Drive Continuous Quality Improvement**: Collaborate with regional and central teams to support individual centres in improving practice and performance, using quality rating data and compliance trends to inform targeted strategies and initiatives.
- **Monitor and Assess Centre Operations**: Conduct centre visits to evaluate practices and operations against regulatory requirements and C&K standards, providing tailored guidance to enhance quality and support best outcomes for children.
- **Support Organisational Compliance and Policy Implementation**: Assist in the development and review of C&K policies and procedures, support regulatory notification processes, and contribute to responses for Assessment and Rating reports and regulatory submissions.
- **Develop and Deliver Professional Resources and Training**
Contribute to the creation of resources and facilitate training to build educator understanding of the NQF and compliance.
