**About the Opportunity**

This is a permanent full-time role where you'll shape the future of our workforce while making a meaningful impact on early childhood education. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop innovative solutions that attract, retain, and develop outstanding talent across our organisation. This is a stand-alone role with no direct reports, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.

You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:

- Creating and executing strategic workforce plans aligned with business growth, emerging trends and future capability requirements
- Leveraging people analytics to deliver insights that inform executive decisions and support operational workforce management.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, providing workforce intelligence and solutions that drive organisational success.
- Leading delivery of cultural initiatives, recruitment innovation, employee experience enhancements and talent retention strategies.
- Managing complex workforce projects and change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

**What We're Looking For**

- Extensive experience in workforce planning, analytics and modeling preferably within regulated sectors (ECEC, education or similar)
- Demonstrated success leading workforce projects and driving change management initiatives
- Strategic influencer that can execute, with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels
- Data-driven problem solver who identifies trends, assesses risks, and develops innovative workforce solutions
- Strong communicator who inspires teams, navigates complexity, and delivers results in dynamic environments
- A current Blue Card and National Police Check or the ability to obtain
