**About the role**:
The Links Seaside Restaurant is located at 1 Ross Street Wollongong. This restaurant services the Lifestyle community, providing regular dining and specialist events.
This position will provide support to the Head Chef in restaurant tasks ensuring operations run smoothly to provide an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This includes food preparation, preparing and serving beverages, serving meals, operating point of sales system and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
There are part time and casual positions available.
If you have excellent customer service skills and can be an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team, then this is the job for you
**To be successful you will need**:

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate with experience in serving beverages
- Barista experience or willingness to learn
- Previous experience in food and beverage preparation and service
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge and interest in food and contemporary trends
- Sound level verbal and written communication skills
- Sound organisational skills with proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of cash handling processes
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work to meet deadlines
