We’re looking for a motivated and experienced leader who can effectively manage all aspects of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
