Due to continued growth, we are currently on the lookout for a new team member and are recruiting someone to join our Client Relationship team. As a **Client Support Specialist, **you’ll be responsible for our Foodbuy Member Clients relationships.

You may come from a Hospitality or Foodservice background, or currently be in an Account or Relationship management position but we will expect you to be genuinely passionate about food, delivering best in class customer service and going above in beyond for your clients.

**A selection of some of your key tasks and deliverables**:

- Supporting the Client Business Manager (CBM) with all aspects of Member Client relationship management
- Supporting the CBM to create, manage and deliver all project workstreams
- Utilise Foodbuy resources and relationships to support benefit program development and outcomes effectively
- Create, qualify and utilise performance and other performance reporting metrics and documentation with the client as part of the regular account performance review
- Assist with all Member Client mobilisations, create and manage tracking systems, reports and updates
- Positive adherence, both frequency and quality, of account management plans, processes and supporting documentation
- Identification, co-ordination and delivery of incremental financial and non-financial benefits through contract lifecycle to both Member Client and Foodbuy

**A bit about you**:

- Tertiary education is highly desirable, with a Sales, Business Development or Customer Focussed discipline
- Account/Relationship Management experience
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise, work at pace and be able to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Advanced level of MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote
- Strong communication skills - both written & verbal
- High level interpersonal skills - proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders
- Ability to deconstruct and analyse situations and problem solve through to execution and closure
- Procurement/Supply Chain industry experience an advantage
