**Medical Lead - Residential Aged Care Services**

**About the role**

The Medical Lead of Residential Aged Care Services will provide medical leadership of the Residential Aged Care Services at Eastern Health with a focus on ensuring excellence in clinical governance, clinical care, teaching and research.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current medical registration with AHPRA
- Experience with working with older spersons preferably in Aged Care facilities
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
