Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join their management team to oversee the clinical operations of a 122-bed Aged Care facility located in Montrose.

Located in the region of the Dandenong Ranges, this modern Aged Care residence offers a warm and peaceful environment, with the highest quality of care for its residents to thrive in

Work alongside a professional and well-established management team, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in Aged Care.

**Monday to Friday; 9 am-5 pm - **ideal for a healthy work/life balance

**Your duties will include**:

- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 122-bed Aged Care facility
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 2 years working in a Clinical Leadership role in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
