Your empathy and respect in these moments can make a profound difference in our clients' well-being and self-esteem. **Domestic Assistance**:Beyond basic care, you'll step into our clients' homes to assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and hygienic living environment. **Social Support**:You play a key role in enabling our clients to connect with their communities, providing transportation and companionship for appointments, shopping, and social outings. These activities are vital for fostering independence, social inclusion, and overall happiness. **Supporting NDIS Goals**: As part of our commitment to person-centred care, you will work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals outlined in their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plans. **Who We're Looking For** - Individuals with a strong **empathy and resilience**, adept at thriving in demanding and dynamic environments. - Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to transport clients. - Qualifications in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care are highly regarded. - Ready to obtain a First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Working with Children’s Check, and a current Police Check or NDIS Worker Check. - Excellent communicators with a compassionate nature and the ability to think on their feet. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Professional development assistance - Travel reimbursement Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - Public holidays - Shift work - Weekend availability **Experience**: - Support Work: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - National Police Certificate (preferred) - Driver Licence (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: On the road
