Due to exciting business growth, we are seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our **Field Service Technician’s** team in **Welshpool 6106**. This role will see you provide a professional inspection and testing service to our customers, both external and internally whilst delivering technical advice within the scope of our expertise.

**Your key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- On and off-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
- Maintenance and service repairs on products
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide advice on quality products
- 100% commitment to personal and business safety
- Ability to liaise with and work on customer sites

**What you will need to succeed**:

- A demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background - preferred
- Customer focus and the ability to develop strong client relationships
- Ability to work within a physically demanding role
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Ability and confidence to work at heights
- Flexibility for occasional to regular regional travel
