**About Us**:Our client specialises in financing property developments across Australia and New Zealand.
**About the Role**:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Distribution team as a Financial Investment Adviser.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the delivery of compliant, high-quality financial advice to investors across multiple offerings, ensuring alignment with established credit and investment parameters under the guidance of senior advisers.
- Support investor confidence through transparent reporting and regular updates.
- Conduct financial modelling and investment analysis to track portfolio performance.
- Prepare investment summaries, statements, and documentation for client review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting and enhance automation processes.
- Uphold strict compliance with ASIC regulations and internal governance frameworks.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in private credit, real estate finance, funds management, or investment advisory.
- Strong client service orientation with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Understanding of financial services regulations and compliance standards (e.g., ASIC).
- Interest in pursuing relevant certifications (e.g., RG146, CFP).
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
