This Government Entity is looking for a Privacy Legal Advisor to assist the Privacy Framework Project. You will draft policies, attending meetings and triaging data breaches. Requirements include a legal background and familiarity with privacy impact and data breach reporting. This is an ideal role for a legal student or newly qualified lawyer looking for experience in privacy law, offering flexibility and a laptop for remote work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collecting and collating privacy policies and procedures
- Supporting consultants to work with selected AV departments
- Troubleshooting how to mitigate privacy risks identified by departments
- Assisting with reviewing drafts of privacy training materials
- Following up and ensuring compliance with training

**Requirements**:

- Legal student or newly qualified lawyer
- Prior experience in a legal environment is preferred
- Familiarity with privacy impact and data breach reporting
- Ability to manage workloads and expectations
- Initiative and assertiveness are desired qualities
- Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week
- Laptop provided
