**Service Advisor**

TRS Resourcing is being called upon to source and screen experienced service advisors for municipal vehicles and static bulk waste equipment. This is an office-based position in Clayton South, VIC. Knowledge of the automotive and/or heavy vehicle industry is desirable. You will be offered between $70,000 - $75,000 per annum + Super and other benefits, depending on experience.

You will work within a global municipal company where you will be coordinating and allocating the jobs of Service Technicians. This includes ensuring all designated works are completed promptly and that customers are kept updated. Strong PC skills and the ability to use an ERP System are highly desirable.

**To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Receiving requests for service and working closely with the Workshop Supervisor to schedule workshop and field service requirements
- Management of warranty jobs, parts and storage
- End-of-month processing
- Liaising with customers and reviewing quoted or required work specifications and schedules
- Process and invoice all jobs
- Promote services and products
- Generating the final invoice and confirming; accurate parts data, customer orders and labour utilisation
