**Join Our Team as a Personal Care Worker (PCW) - Geelong**
Are you compassionate, reliable, and passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Invisible Supports is seeking **dedicated Personal Care Workers (PCWs)** to provide high-quality support to clients in **community, home care,**in the Geelong area.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assisting clients with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client needs
**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Certificate III in Individual Support** or relevant **nursing qualification** (essential for supporting the aging population)
- A current **First Aid & CPR certificate**
- **Right to Work in Australia** (passport, visa, or relevant ID)
- **National Police Check**
- Experience in aged care, community, or home care support is preferred
- Reliable, caring, and professional approach
