We are seeking dedicated **Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)** with a **minimum of 6 months of aged care experience** to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of elderly residents in a professional and compassionate manner.

**Disability and support workers will NOT be considered for this position.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist residents with **personal care** (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Support with **mobility and transfers** using hoists and other aids.
- Provide **meal assistance** and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a **clean and safe environment** for residents.
- Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Offer **companionship and emotional support** to residents.
- Follow infection control and workplace health & safety protocols.

**Requirements**:
Minimum **6 months of experience in aged care** (essential).
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
Current **Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check**.
Valid **First Aid & CPR Certification**.
Up-to-date **COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations**.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
