WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: *

Tealium is seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager who is hands-on, solution-oriented, consultative, driven and organised. The primary function of the role will be to build strategic relationships, driving client value and incremental revenue. This role will be responsible for defining the strategy to drive growth in Strategic Global Alliances within ANZ (including Consultancies, System Integrators and Agencies). The role will encompass expanding relationships, developing programs for scaling these partnerships and working closely with leadership and the wider team to drive outcomes. The Partner Development Manager will be a major change agent at Tealium, having impact and influence with a high degree of autonomy, energy, flexibility and accuracy across all lines of business. In this role, this person must build and maintain an excellent working relationship with partner sales leadership, solutions consulting leadership, customer success leadership, devising growth strategies for net new business and customer retention. This individual will have previously managed Global Strategic relationships and have a track record of performance working in the MarTech/AdTech industry. This person is a cross-functional player who thrives in a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and entrepreneurship, with tremendous drive, intelligence, judgment and capability. They will be highly motivated and have the ability and desire to build effective internal/external relationships, consistently drive profitable results in high growth/entrepreneurial environments and have real impact across the organization. This position will report to the Regional Vice President, Partnerships APJ.
**YOUR DAY TO DAY**
- Work with the existing Partner Sales team and Sales leadership to develop the Strategic Global Alliances within ANZ, defining mutual goals and executing a joint go to market
- Expand existing relationships and enable our existing partners by developing unique solutions and go-to-market strategies that are executed in the field.
- Evangelize partnerships - including joint value proposition with Partner Sales, Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration.
- Facilitate, develop and manage partner enablement and training plans to ensure Strategic Global Alliances are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively to meet collective objectives.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to drive the creation and utilization of sales collateral as well as demand generation programs and campaigns that drive partner revenue.
- Effectively manage C-level and executive relationships with partners and customers.
- Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Strategic Global Alliances.
- Build out the vision and strategy to drive new growth from this segment of Partners
**WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT**
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience as a successful Partner Manager within the MarTech and/or AdTech industry
- Alternatively, 10+ years of experience as a Partner Manager within the System Integrator or Agency Holding Company space
- Strong focus on establishing and developing long term, lasting relationships that are mutually beneficial, based on trust and integrity
- You are resourceful and possess initiative to find answers and solutions independently and intelligently with a minimum amount of supervision
