**What this opportunity involves**:
Our Analyst is responsible for maintaining first class service to our clients by fostering the support structures within the team and providing analytical support to the Industrial team to increase both effectiveness and performance.
You will demonstrate an outstanding ability to prioritise tasks and maintain forward thinking. Your approach should remain organised, proactive and efficient so we need you a like-minded Analyst professional, who shares the same fundamental principles and values

A snapshot of the role;
Create and maintain property listings in internal database
Liaise with various external and internal stakeholders to write and produce detailed property reports
Produce advertising material for property marketing/press advertising and online content
Responsible for the creation and delivery of pitch documents and information memorandums for major assets
Source, collect and collate leasing/sales data and preparation of detailed lease/sales analyses
Assist in conducting property inspections, meetings and conferences

Along with a strong work ethic and a keen interest in industrial property, you’ll adopt a motivated and hands-on approach to problem solving, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and can be relied upon to work autonomously.

It is preferred that you are a graduate of or are currently studying a Property or similar based degree, with the intention of becoming a property sales and leasing agent. Confidence, efficiency and adaptability are key to being successful in this role
