**What you’ll do**:
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current Replenishment, Pharmacy Business Development, Supply Chain and Distribution Centre processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects from conception through implementation and sustainability
- Design and implement robust measurement systems to track operational performance
- Develop training programs to support continuous improvement methodologies

**What you’ll bring**:

- Extensive experience in continuous improvement, preferably from a manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or warehousing operations background.
- Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI) and statistical process control.
- Familiarity with automation, emerging technologies
- Flexibility for regular interstate travel and frequent work across our distribution centre network.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
