We are looking for a
**Regional Modality Lead - CT/X-ray** to provide leadership within the modality and act as an advocate to achieve operational efficiency, employee well-being, and quality patient care within the
**Gold Coast Region**.

**You will**:

- Maintain the highest levels of of professional patient care, customer service, confidentiality, and moral and ethical
codes, setting a gold-star example to our staff.
- Perform all duties to the best of your ability and be a role model for all employees within the modality.
- Support the Clinic Leaders and Regional Manager in the overall effective organisation and management of the modality
service within the Region.
- Oversee modality trainee programs and development/education opportunities for existing staff, including planning, preparing materials, and execution.
- Provide advice to inform improvements to processes and systems to achieve best practice status and to meet patient/referrer expectations.
- Maintain knowledge of industry and competitor trends with regards to best practice service initiatives and processes, making recommendations for continuous improvements accordingly.

**About You**

Alongside your solid CT/X-ray experience, you have a focus on patient care and outcomes, a passion for creating positive change within the modality, and a commitment to continual improvement and lifelong learning.

You will also have:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to learn new modality techniques and remain on top of current trends and developments.
- Ability to effectively manage the interactive relationship with patients, ensuring that privacy, compassion, dignity and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
