In partnership with The Talent Mill Recruitment division - we are now seeking a Concession Manager to lead the team at this David Jones Concession in Chadstone.

As a Concession Manager, you will be a strong brand ambassador - leading your team in retail excellence, developing client relationships, and working collaboratively to deliver strong sales results.

The Role |
- Management of the boutique and team effectively by being dynamic, present, and supportive
- Develop the store to ensure it effectively operates
- Consistently drive sales, with a strong awareness of accumulative budgets weekly/monthly and quarterly
- Drive and motivate to achieve success
- Customer focus mind set
- Emphasise on constant and effective communication
- Monitor and address your team, to ensure they are conveying brand presentation, policy and procedure standards
