The Digital Engineering team is responsible for the technology that is the powerhouse for Consumer Digital Technology.

The Gold Coast Engineering team is responsible for the technology that is the powerhouse for Consumer and Business Banking Digital Technology.

**How will I help?**

**Core responsibilities**
- Appraising and reporting on new development techniques and vendor products and making recommendations on the acquisition of advanced technology.
- Facilitating the convergence of ‘leading edge’ technologies into the existing enterprise architecture.
- Validating functionality and performance of new development projects within the organisation's systems.
- Diagnosing and solving technical issues that may arise during the development life cycle.
- Providing technical solution definition and design, system configuration, data integration, and technical support during the implementation phase.

**What do I need?**
- Hands on experience of development in AEM 6.4 and AEM 6.5 versions
- Hands on experience of AEM integration with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch and Adobe Target
- Understanding of AEM deployment on AWS and dispatcher configuration
- Hands on experience of various JAVA based considerations in AEM Technologies (JCR, OSGI Bundle, Apache Felix, Sling, Servlets, ExtJs, etc.)
- Well-verse in core AEM concepts i.e. workflows, versioning, permissions, granite UI, Coral UI, etc
- Strong knowledge of Web technologies, especially JAVA and Web Content Management (WCM).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, JQuery
- Good knowledge of Maven, Git, Junit Testing, SonarQube, etc
- Strong knowledge of technical concepts of enterprise architecture, contemporary IT strategies, directions and technologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication, attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Familiarity with scripting tools.
- Experience in systems integration.
