**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
You are the first impression to our guests, and one of the faces of Shell House. This begins with the initial warm and engaging welcome, through the entire sequence of service and big friendly goodbye

This position requires you to work closely with venue management, helping to drive revenue by optimising reservations and guest seating plans, and to take an active role in securing F&B sales and future reservations.

You will have the opportunity to make your mark on the venue, with high levels of guest engagement, bringing your understanding of the Sydney hospitality scene.

Shell House is an adventure. We curate a complete experience - amazing food, great drinks served in space that is award winning in design that has a lively and engaging atmosphere.

Importantly, we are all about service and guest engagement.

- Experience in a similar role and business will be highly valued
- Passion for food, wine, customer service & especially hospitality
- Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail
