**The Role**
Working closely with the venue managers, the Host Manager is accountable for driving, motivating and developing the host team across the precinct to deliver exceptional guest experiences across the precinct. This team is responsible for meeting, greeting and seating guests in a high volume and fast paced environment whilst delivering a high class and seamless service to our guests.

As a full-time Host Manager at the ivy precinct you will also be responsible for:

- Developing and reviewing customer relations methods whilst always looking to improve in the guest experience
- Oversee all communications including liaising with Merivale reservations team around VIP’s, special events and regular bookings
- Develop teams’ members with providing regular feedback
- Work closely with the Talent Team for ongoing recruitment needs
- Motivate drive and mentor and team of hosts around the precinct
- Conduct regular feedback checks in our guests to monitor levels of guest satisfaction and seek areas of improvement
- Liaise with all Merivale departments including, Guest Relations, Reservations and Senior Venue Management to proactively improve Merivale’s guest experience.
