This role suites an individual who is eager to learn and **no past experience** is required, ideally suited for someone who wants to begin building their career, or would like a career shift - all training is provided by Smoke Alarms Australia.

Smoke Alarms Australia is an industry leader. We are a friendly team, partnering with Real Estate Agents to deliver home compliance services in rented properties.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Chatswood office 2-3 days per week, allowing you to work 2-3 days per week, from home, with our flexible working arrangement. Our office is within a few minutes walk of the Chatswood interchange.

You will work in a team that reports directly to **National Compliance Manager**where your key responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing data submissions from a field team and checking for errors.
- Support Compliance reporting and quality assessments
- Support field team members with any issues on a day-to-day basis.
- Pool Fencing Compliance data and information review.
- STRATA & STRA: Compliance data review and drawing maps
- Daily data dumps
- Water Efficiency Reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Must enjoy working in a team.
- Ability to work from home with a good internet connection.
- Flexible working hours, starting at either 7:00am or 8:30am
- Permanent work rights in Australia.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn how to manage and manipulate data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
