**What your days will look like;**
- Provide administration support to the recruitment team
- Support the allocations team with updating roster vacancies and allocating resources across the BlueCross residences
- Record management in accordance with privacy and confidentiality principles
- Work in a collaborative space where ideas are always welcomed
- Have excellent time management and organisation skills. Prioritising and managing deadlines is an important aspect to this role
- Strong communication skills where being helpful and kind comes naturally to you
- Strong IT skills, experience in the use of CRM or ATS preferred
- Experience working in a document driven environment
- Ability to display initiative and to work independently as required
