**About the role**
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this opportunity is for a well-rounded accounts payable professional looking to consolidate your skills in administering the Company’s Corporate Credit Cards and Cash Reimbursements

**What you would do in this role**
- Payments Co-Ordination
- Provide analysis & reporting for payments
- Action all rejected payments as identified on bank statement
- Administer Company Credit Card & Cash Reimbursements Application, including New Accounts/Changes/Deletions/New Cards
- Action credit card journals as required
- Reconcile credit card account on monthly basis (including General Ledger Recs)
- Action all internal queries received in relation to Credit Cards & Cash reimbursement

**Is this for me?**
- Previous solid experience within accounts payable, reconciliation and coordination and management of corporate credit cards
- Strong written and communication skills and the ability to stay patient, negotiate and proactively solve problems whilst finding opportunities for continuous improvement
- Excellent computer skills, intermediate skills in MS Excel (as a minimum)
- Excellent reconciliation skills
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
